Monica did an awesome job of helping me through the preparation and sale of my deceased fathers home. She was able to recommend a cleaning person, a painter, and other people to me. She remained patient as my family and I cleared out the personal property and trash from the house. She offered valuable advice about what she thought should be done to promote the sale.
As it turned out, the day she put up her sign she received an offer for the house. She and I communicated regularly through the ensuing days and counter offers until a price was agreed upon. She was at the closing which made me feel more at ease.
